Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A Serra “Super Star” sales associate is instrumental to all aspects of prospecting and relationship building, as well as, selling and servicing existing and potential clientele. This includes identifying and generating prospects, setting appointments, performing presentations, closing and customer follow-up.
Required Experience:
No previous sales experience is required, though potentially a plus. Individuals interested in a sales position with Serra Subaru must have demonstrable experience in customer service.

Serra Subaru is seeking the top quality technician to help us accurately verify, diagnosis and repair state-of-the-art vehicles. This exceptional opportunity is a perfect fit for a self-motivated, detail oriented, high energy individual.
Serra “Super Star” technicians are involved in all aspects of completing customer requests for the vehicles in the shop. Such requests may include general maintenance, scheduled service, diagnostics, trouble shooting and repairs in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for vehicle service and repairs. Some specifics may include:
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a dealership or independent shop
Required Abilities:
Operate a manual transmission
Must have own tools
Able to read a schematic
The ability to use computer diagnostic equipment
Required Education:
High School / GED
ASE Certifications a plus
College or Trade School a plus
Working Conditions:
Automotive Repair Facility
