After first helping my daughter lease a car I was quick to learn Dave is the best, he takes the time to fully explain everything does not rush you, helped with many many cars we test drove and never rushed us or used any of the typical high pressure tactics. This is why within a month we also purchased a vehicle from Dave and will recommend him to all my friends.

Serra Subaru in Akron Ohio has been a great place to buy a car and Paul Burke who I purchased the cars through is excellent. No high pressure what so ever just helpful to get you to the right choice.
This is my third car purchased through Paul. Would not want anyone else.
Over the last 2 years I have been to 10 different dealerships, Always with the run around and typical used car salesman stuff.
My experience with Dave Somerville, was nothing like that at all. He greeted us very respectfully and offered us drinks and food within seconds of walking in the door. We had already been pre-approved via there painless application online. After a few minutes we got to test drive our soon-to-be vehicle.
After our test drive Dave got us to sit down with Terri Jones to talk about the financing and make our down payment. They had to do some service to the vehicle as they had just gotten it in. The service department got the vehicle take care of in a timely manner.
We got everything for financing squared away and came back a day or two later for the car. We were very happy with the experience, as we were expecting the same old' Car dealership stuff.
I highly recommend Dave and Serra Subaru, He doesn't treat you like a sale but like a real person. He was very friendly and capable of trading jokes with me and my Fiancé.
Every person we spoke with at this location was respectful, and none of them skirted the truth which is a major problem at other dealerships in the area. It was a no-pressure sales experience.
If you need a car, and have bad or no credit stop in at Serra and ask for Dave Somerville it will be a good experience.
"We just love Casey"
We just love Casey (we have gotten out last five vehicles from her). She is the reason we come back to Serra again and again. Her willingness to go out of her way to make things easier for us always impresses us; she has even typed up extra information sheets for us to ensure that we older folks are comfortable with the technology and features of each new vehicle. There has never been any pressure, only helpfulness and consideration, in all of our dealings with her. (Bottom line, we'd probably adopt her if she were available.) Seriously, she has been great, and we will be seeing her again for our next Subaru.
I recently leased my 2nd Subaru Outback from Serra Subaru. My salesperson, Casey Dungan, is a "rock star". Patient, knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure. I can't imagine purchasing anywhere else in the Akron/Canton area. Oh by the way...we love our Outback.

"13 month period"
In a 13 month period I purchased 3 cars from Serra, which I think speaks volumes on it's own. They have a great staff and made the car buying process.
My salesman was Paul Burke and I would highly recommend asking for Paul. He is low pressure, very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and is extremely honest. When I am ready for my next vehicle, Paul will be the first guy I talk to!
